He's Slicker Than Your Average and was obviously Born To Do It, and the R&B star seems to have become the man the footballers call when they need wedding entertainment

He can infamously get a lot done over Seven Days and it seems that Craig David can get through a lot in just two, as well.

After scoring No. 1 hits with his first two singles back in 2000, and then seemingly hanging round in the charts for most of the first part of that decade, the R&B star has enjoyed something of a renaissance in recent years.

And it seems as though that renaissance also includes being the man that Premier League stars call when they need some wedding entertainment.

Because the star – who is now 36 (wow we're old) – performed at not one but TWO England internationals' weddings over the weekend, doubling up for both Phil Jones and Jack Wilshere.

Manchester United's Jones got married to childhood sweetheart Kaya Hall just a short distance from his home in the Cheshire village of Nether Alderley on Friday, with United teammates Wayne Rooney, Chris Smalling and Luke Shaw among the guests as they enjoyed a Rendezvous with their teammate.

But there was no Walking Away from David's responsibilities after that bash, as he was then whisked off All The Way to Tuscany to perform at Wilshere's weekend wedding to Andriani Michael , where Danny Welbeck was among the guests.

Injury-prone Wilshere, who is now back at Arsenal after his loan spell at Bournemouth ended – something of a Rise and Fall – got David to do his TS5 show as the wedding's entertainment, and he reportedly went down a storm.

So now that his Hidden Agenda has been revealed, will more Premier League stars be asking Craig if he's Up For This?

Because When The Bassline Drops, it seems that there's no better wedding entertainer.
