InactiveEx-Chelsea star Diego Costa slammed Antoine Griezmann for supporting a Barcelona player during their 1-1 clash in the La Liga on Saturday at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Costa could not hide his anger against his teammate after the French attacker supported Samuel Umtiti when Costa clashed with the Barcelona defender during the second half of the game.
According to the report in Movistar, Costa confronted Griezmann stating, “Your teammate is me, not Umtiti.”
Griezmann responded by putting his finger to his temple as if to say “keep your head and calm down”.
Umtiti has been one of the Barcelona best players since his arrival from Lyon in 2016.
Griezmann and Umtiti are both in the French team that lost in Euro 2016 and in the team that won the World Cup in Russia. -
